1. This penalty proceeding arises out of Showcause Notice dated 02/06/2014 issued in view of SCIC order dated 06/01/2014 in Second Appeal No. 19/SCIC/2013.

2. The said earlier was challenge before the High Court of Bombay at Goa in Writ Petition No. 372 of 2014 and the High Court was remanded the matters to the FAA for fresh hearing. Government Notification on the bases which

of the Sports Association whether declared as came under the RTI Act itself proposed to be withdrawn by Government and the same was stated by reply of the Government before the High Court.

3. In view of the above back ground since the second appeal No. 19/SCIC/2013, itself has become unforteous, hence these two penalty cases are close.
