These
penalty cases arise out of original RTI Applications dated 01/02/2011
24/12/2010, and 18/01/2011 made to the PIO of Mormugao, Municipal
Council, Vasco. When the matters were taken up for hearing on
19/08/2014, a written submission was filed by Adv. Khilji for
respondent No. 1 which is signed by the Appellant, stating that he
has received the required information and as such he does not wish
to pursue the matter further.
