1) This penalty proceeding arises out of Showcause Notice dated 15/06/2012 issued in view of SIC order dated 07/06/2012 in Appeal No. 10/SIC/2012.

2) When the case came up for hearing on 20/10/2014; both applicant and the then PIO (Mr. Diniz- retired) are present. Written Statement of both are filed on 21/08/2012 and 24/09/2014.

3) The RTI application and reply as well as FAA order (orally communicated on the last hearing of FAA i.e 17^th November, 2011), all point to a fit case for penalty.

4) Therefore I order that a cost of Rs. 2000/-is imposed on him. The then PIO he prefers to pay the same to the original appellant by way of compensation within a month from today. Declared in Open Court. Matter disposed accordingly.
