This Complaint arises out the original RTI application dated 24/02/2012, made to PIO/ Public Health Department, Secretariat, Porvorim, Goa, regarding certified copies of documents on action taken on letter No. DHS/ADM/Per-Gaz-824/2008/2161 dt. 14/10/2008.

When the matter came for hearing the complainant filed a letter to withdraw case stating that, “I am the complainant in the said case wish to withdraw the complaint, it may be decided accordingly.”

In view of above Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
