1. This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 01/02/2013 made to PIO / Under Secretary(Legal), Department of Law &Judiciary, Porvorim, Goa for certified copy of some documents in file No.BTE/GEN/B.R/49-V/Part/2012 of Technical Education Department.

2. It is agreed by both the Complainant and the present PIO that out of the 4 RTI questions, the complainant has agreed to inspect the records as regards questions No.1 and 2 and the PIO will furnish the identified information to him. As regards question No.3, the complainant has agreed to clarify the exact information he wants, and the PIO has agreed to furnish the same. The information sought in question No.4 will be provided by the PIO in 7 days. Thus both parties have agreed to close the matter with the above direction. Hence the complaint is closed as partly allowed.

The Complaint is partly allowed as above. Declared in Open Court. Inform the Parties.
