1) This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 17/01/2012 made to PIO / Administrator of Communidades, North Zone, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa regarding certified copies of order, affidavit and other documents in respect of plots allotted to 13 applicants by the Communidade of Pilerne.

2) When the case was taken up for hearing on 30/10/2014, the Complainant submits that in view of his second prayer as mentioned in the complaint memo dated 15/02/2012, direction be given to present PIO to supply information. Since the prayer for penalty is being separately perused in Penalty Case No. 05/2014, this complaint may be closed after giving necessary direction to present PIO.

3) Hence I consider it proper to issue direction to the present PIO and Aministrator of Communidade of North Zone to supply information to the Complainant within 1 month of getting this order.

4) With this direction the present complaint is closed. The related penalty case 05/2014 will continue separately.
