This Complaint is filed on 24/04/2012, and it arises out of original RTI application dated 12/03/2012 made to the PIO of Department of Women and Child Development Shanta Bldg, St. Inez, Panaji – Goa.

These 2 Complaints have reference to a 3^rd Complaint namely 82/SCIC/2012 which is between the same parties. The Complaint 82/SCIC/2012 has already been decided on 19/07/2012 and has resulted in penalty Case No. 39/2012 in Complaint 82/SCIC/2012. The said penalty matter is yet to be finalized and will take its own course.

In the present 2 complaints also the Complainant has received information from the then PIO of DWCD but with much delay. Thus a penalty notice becomes due to the then PIO even in this two complaints. The Complainant is however gracious enough to submit on 01/07/2014 as follows-

“ I am not claiming any penalty in this matter but in case I am aggrieved by these officers in the future I would choose to file the complaint and claim the penalty levied against them as mandated under the RTI Act”.

In view of this submission filed by the Complainant, these two Complaints 83/SCIC/2012 and 84/SCIC/2012 are closed. Declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
