On the date of this first hearing, the complainant is present. None for PIO. Representative from the Office of FAA Mr. Subodh Prabhu is present.

The first appeal filed by the complainant on 9/10/2013 has not been yet heard and disposed. Instruction has been given now to the representative Mr. Subodh Prabhu that the present BDO Shri. Deepak P. Vaigankar should hear the appeal and pass final order within 30 days from today. And file a compliance report before 31/12/2014, with this instruction, the complaint is disposed as allowed.

A fresh penalty case under Sec 20(1) be registered against the PIO Shri. K.D. Pagui, the then Secretary of V.P. Calangute, Bardez Taluka who is presently working as Secretary at V.P. Aldona, Bardez Taluka. The notice be given to him by his name, asking his explanation as to why a penalty should not be imposed on him for failure to reply the RTI question.
