1. This complaint arises out of RTI application dated 29/11/2011 made to PIO in the Office of Commissioner of Commercial Taxes.

2. The questions pertain to filing up of the post of Commercial Tax Inspector, involving written examination and oral.

3. The complainant had sent his RTI querries by post. A letter was given to him by Department of Post dated 03/01/2012 confirming that the said application was delivered to the PIO’s Office on 30/11/2011. He also sent reminder on 27/12/2011. Thereafter he filed this complaint on 19/01/2012, claiming that he has not received any information or communication from the PIO.

4. Though the Complainant is filed through his advocate, he has not given any reason why he did not file first appeal.

5. The PIO has filed his reply to the complainant on 23/04/2012 which is taken on record and is received by complainant. PIO has stated that he has sent the information on 2/02/2012. Some more information was also be furnished on 21/04/2012 and this together make up for the replies to all the questions. The complainant has not persued this complaint. Although the first hearing was fixed on 23/04/2012 he remained absent except on 12/07/2012 and 23/08/2012. Since the full information has been supplied and the matter is not persued by the complainant, I pass the following order:
