- This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 18/04/2013 made to PIO/Associate Professor of Technical Engineering, GEC regarding vacant post under various categories in GEC as on 18/04/2013.
- The complainant remain absent in the matter, on both the dates fixed for hearing.
- He claims to have filed 1st appeal through PIO but with no proof, that it has reached the PIO or the FAA.
- Complainant not present even on second date. PIO information has been sent to him on 12/09/2014. Question No. 1 to 4 were transferred to Deputy Registrar of the Goa College of Engineering Ponda as Deemed PIO. However, the Deemed PIO has not been impleaded.

- I find that although the draft of first appeal to the Directorate of Technical Education Porvorim, has been filed alongwith the documents of the second appeal memo, the same seem file actually with the Office of the FAA. Hence the complaint is remanded to FAA. The Directorate of Technical Education to decide the issue within 30 days from getting this order.
