This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 06/11/2013 made to PIO/Health Officer, Primary Health Centre, Loutolim, Salcete, Goa regarding certified copies of notices, panchnama and site inspection report conducted by the Medical Officer of Loutolim PHC.

On the last date of hearing on 12/11/2014, both Complainant and present PIO Dr. Patil, who has taken charge yesterday appear for hearing.

Both agree that complaint can be disposed by directing present PIO to give information as ordered by FAA.

Hence disposed as partly allowed with the direction to present PIO to give information as directed by FAA.
