1. This complaint has a short point. The Complainant made an application under RTI to the PIO namely Headmistress of the Progress High School, Panaji on 08/08/2013.

2. Having not received reply by 08/09/2013, he directly filed this complaint in the office of the SCIC on 16/09/2013.

3. The notices were issued and the case was fixed for hearing on 27/06/2014. On that day the Adv. for the PIO Shri Raju R. Kolwalkar, has filed his reply attaching a copy of the reply dispatched by the PIO on 07/09/2013, which inter-alia gives all the information asked.

4. In view of fact that:

1. The complainant has not approached FAA.

2. He has not remained present for the hearing despite notice sent on 12/03/2014.

3. Between 16/09/2013 and 27/06/2014, he might have received information dispatched to him by the PIO on 07/09/2013,

I find this complaint fit to be dismissed.
