1. This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 14/06/2012 made to PIO and Assistant Executive Engineer, Electricity Sub Div. I(U), Electricity Department, Mapusa, Goa regarding action taken by his office on complaint dated 10/05/2012.

2. The Complainant has remained absent except on first date 26/09/2012 and inspite of specific last chance notice issued on 18/9/2014 to remain present. The PIO remained present in the matter, and argued that reply has been given in time. The complaint memo does not elaborate how the information is wrong or incomplete. The Complainant has never persued his complaint, nor sought the 1^st remedy of approaching FAA.

3. In view of PIO’s argument the complaint was held as liable for Dismissal, if PIO files a copy of release of power connection, which appears to be the real grievance of the complainant.

4. On last date of last hearing on 03/11/2014, PIO filed a copy of release of power connection for installation No. 3239-A. This is taken on record. The complaint is dismissed as lacking merit.
