This Complaint has a short point. When the case was taken up for hearing, Complainant and Respondent No. 2 were present. Complainant stated before me that he has received a bunch of nearly 452 vouchers given to him by respondent No.2 which satisfies the question No. 2 of his original RTI application. Question No. 1 and 3 seeks to know whether recipient of these vouchers are relatives of the Chairman. He has not been able to prove that the information regarding this needs to come to the PIO and Mamlatdar of Tiswadi as a part of his administrative responsibility in respect of the society.

Since respondent No. 2 is a Chairman of tenant association (a private organization). He is not bound to reply under RTI Act, whether the recipients of the bills are related to the Chairman. If the complainant wants to allege corruption or favoritism, then RTI is not a forum for that.

Accordingly complaint is dismissed. Order declared in open Court. Detailed order to follow. Inform parties.
