This Second Appeal is filed on 03/01/2013 and it arises out of original RTI application dated 06/07/2012, filed before the PIO/ Deputy Registrar, O/o. Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Patto, Panaji, Goa.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today the Appellant has submitted a letter dated 05/03/2014, to withdraw the case, as he had received the required information as directed by the SCIC in previous hearing .

In view of above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
