This Appeal is filed on 23/07/2013 and it arises out of original RTI application dated 08/01/2013 made to the PIO of Primary Health Centre, Candolim.

The Appellant vide his letter dated 17/01/2014 stated that he does not wish to proceed with the matter and hence is withdrawing the same.

In view of above the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
