1. This second appeal arises out of original RTI application dated 20/10/2009 made to PIO/The Executive Engineer (Proc), Electricity Department, Vidyut Bhavan, 3^rd floor, Panaji, Goa regarding power trading with M/s. Global Energy limited, and details of quantum of powers in MW before allowing M/s. Global Energy Limited to trade power, etc.

2. It is found that earlier some related issue such as impleading third party who have objected information and the preliminary issue such as whether amendment of appeal was permitted etc. had come up for being decided before the then SCIC. Thus the matter could not be decided early. Finally on 29/04/2014, the appellant files application to withdraw the appeal. The same is allowed.

The second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order declared in open Court. Inform the parties.
