This Complainant has now submitted a letter dated 09/05/2014, for withdrawing the second appeal which states as below:

“Kindly accept this request letter as my application to withdraw the above named case regarding information I had needed to file public interest litigation cases. I was able to obtain the necessary information from other sources and the cases filed are reaching their logical end.”

In view of above, this 2nd appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is however noted that the PIO and FAA have not filed their reply. It is pertinent to direct the FAA, respondent no.2 to be careful in future about first appeals filed before him and decide them and pass orders as per the duly cast on him under RTI Act, 2005.
