This second appeal is filed on 03/06/2014 and it arises out of original RTI application dated 15/12/2012, filed before the PIO / Village Panchayat Secretary (Candolim), Candolim, Goa.

The Appellant has submitted a letter dated 22/10/2013, to withdraw the case stating that he does not wish to proceed further in this matter. However, both parties remained absent for subsequent dates and the matter remained adjourned. On 06/08/2014, the letter has been taken on record and the other side has received a copy.

In view of above, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
