This
Second Appeal is filed on 26/02/2013 and it arises out of original
RTI application dated 03/10/2012, filed before the PIO, Directorate
of Health Services, Campal, Panaji – Goa to whom the main question
asked was “Provide

On
the date of hearing following Roznama was recorded:
“Appellant
absent Dir. of Health, Dr. Sanjeev Dalvi & Dir. Adm. of Health
Raju Gawas are both present. Also the PIO, namely Dy. Dir. HB are
also present.
They
submit as below:
- All necessary information reg. Sec. 4 of RTI has been now put on website. Nearly 320 pages have been added after receiving Govt. Approval to the job charts etc. on 8/4/2014.
Information
as asked by Appellant reg. authority and responsibility of various
offices/Medical Officers has been supplied by speed post on 24/1/2014
and 22/4/2014”.
As
explained by Dir. the non availability of information on website was
not intentional last had remained, being bulky. As it is implemented
now he prays for closing the matter. The appellant has received the
replies & has remained absent today.
I
also find that the Health Directorate, having now supplied all
information, the matter may be closed now as complied with provisions
of RTI Act.
Since
the appellant has received information and has remained absent
despite of knowledge, there is reason to presume that he has no
further interest in perusing the matter further.
