1. This Appeal arises out of RTI application dated 26/09/2012 made to PIO in the Office of Chief Officer of Canacona Municipal Council, Canacona – Goa.

2. On the date of final hearing that is today, both parties remained present. The appellant stated that now he has received the kuccha site map and PIO has agreed to give him the certified copy of the site map as requested.

3. In view of this he has no objection to close the case.
