1. This second appeal arises out of original RTI application dated 04/06/2012 made to PIO/The Member Secretary, South Goa Planning & Development Authority, 4^th Floor, Osia Commercial Complex, Margao, Goa regarding certified copies of file of development permission granted by SGPDA, Margao vide SGPDA/P/2200/22804/04-05.

2. The matter came up for hearing on 02/012/2014. Appellant and PIO are present. With reference to RTI application it is seen that only Q. 3, 9, 14 and 17 remain to be answered. PIO agrees to give their replies within a month.

3. Thus both request for closure of this appeal. Appellant wished to file separate application for penalty to the PIO U/s 20(1), after giving due thought to the issue within next 3 months.

4. This appeal is closed as withdrawn. Regarding to start new case under Sec. 20(1) for penalty to then PIO, registry on receiving application for appellant.

The second appeal is closed with the understanding that present PIO undertakes to supply information to remaining quarries. Order declared in open Court. Inform the Parties.
