1) This second appeal arises out of original RTI application dated 01/04/2013 made to PIO/Deputy Director, O/o. Directorate of Technical Education, Porvorim Goa, in respect of letter dated 05/11/2012 of Shri Vishal Naik addressed to the Director of Technical Education.

2) This case has a short point. When 2^nd appeal is taken for hearing on 25/09/2014; none is present for Appellant. PIO Shri Kusnur is present and files his reply to the 2^nd appeal. Perusal of this as well as the original reply dated 30/04/2013, shows that information is supplied by mentioning main points and the appellant is also invited to inspect the files as well as to collect available information on payment. The appellant has inspected but refused to pay for any fees. Thus there is no merit in the case.

The second appeal therefore is dismissed. Order Declared in Open Court. Inform parties.
