1) This second appeal arises out of original RTI application dated 30/04/2013 made to PIO/Deputy Director (Admn), P.W.D, Altinho, Panaji Goa. In respect of a letter No. 5/18/2009/VIG/611 dated 04/04/2013 of Shri Uday Priolkar, addressed to the P.C.E, P.W.D; regarding staff recruited by Labour Supply Society and funds allotted by Government.

2) On the date of final hearing on 25/09/2014; none was present for appellant. However, in view of decision in Appeal No. 94/SIC/2013 where it was decided that the PWD Labour Society was a Public Authority within the meaning of RTI Act, the PIO has now kept information ready. Since appellant is absent she is directed to file one copy with this office and send one copy to appellant by post. Disposed as above. There is no question of any penalty as the information was withheld under a genuine belief that the said Labour Supply Society was not a Public Authority.
