This Second Appeal is filed on 17/10 /2014 and it arises out of original RTI application dated 19/06/2014 made to the PIO /Village Panchayat Secretary (Assagao), Assagao , Bardez, Goa .

When the matter came up for hearing today, Appellant advocate submitted an application dated 12/11/2014 to withdraw the case. The application states as below,

“the advocate for appellant withdraws the above appeal on ground that instead of filling complaint we filed an appeal , though the order of FAA is in my favour .

It is therefore prayed in the interest of justice the same should be allowed.”

In view of this, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to persue the matter under Section 18(1) if the PIO has not complied the order of FAA.

Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
